| 中文摘要: | 南京国民政府统治前十年,是近代以来无线电科学技术在中国发展的一个重要阶段。在国家意志主导下,无线电科技事业以昂扬的姿态,迅速挺进。其中无线电工业企业以建设委员会电机制造厂与其他私营工厂为代表,逐步提升制造技术与生产能力;同无线电相关的学术研究也在中央研究院等国立科研机构中次第实施,有序推进,国家为此付出了相当的努力。然而,兴盛一时的无线电科技事业始终没有摆脱深层困扰,制约其发展壮大的内外因素一直存在着,南京国民政府也曾有所认识并谋求解决,却终因全面抗战的爆发而停滞中断。 | ||||||
| 英文摘要: | The early phase of the Nanjing National Government rule was an important stage in the development of radio science and technology in modern China. With the endorsement of the state, scientific and technological undertakings of the wireless developed rapidly from 1927 to 1937. Radio science enterprises made effort to improve manufacturing techniques and production capacity step by step. Scientific research and higher education on radio technology were also advanced in an orderly process by research institutions and colleges and universities. However, there were still internal and external factors which restricted the further growth and development of the wireless industry that had initially flourished. The Nanjing National Government had recognized and tried to solve the problem, but its efforts were cut short by the outbreak of the all-out Anti- Japanese War. | ||||||
