| Abstract : | In modern times, the landlord’s retreat from tenancy became more rampant. In order to ensure the income of land rent, grab high rent and directly embezzle the rent, the landlord in the traditional feudal society chose to withdraw from tenancy. In modern times, they were even less constrained and unscrupulous. With the development of capitalist commodity economy in modern times, the new reason of landlord’s withdrawal from tenancy is to develop capitalist agricultural management. Tenant farmers are faced with the danger of retiring at any time, which seriously hinders the development of agricultural productivity. |
